Having qualified in Therapeutic Massage back in 2004, I have always had a desire for helping people and a keen interest in sport so in 2015, whilst I was working for a sports medical wholesaler, decided it was time for a career change and combine the two passions and qualified as a Level 3 and then 4 Sports Massage Therapist.

 

I then went on to work for a local Sports Injury clinic before deciding to take the leap in 2018 and set up my own business, providing treatments to a variety of clients firstly from my home clinic and then setting up a permanent clinic space at Basepoint Business Centre in Harts Farm Way, Havant and as from 27th September 2024 will be relocating clinics and splitting my time between two separate locations  - Havant and West Lavant, Nr Chichester. 

 

Over the years I have also previously worked as assistant physio, providing pitch side aid and sports massage to local non league football clubs Horndean FC and Moneyfields FC as well as providing soft tissue services to the first team at Championship club Portsmouth FC.
