APPOINTMENT INFORMATION

AND POLICIES

Please wear loose, comfy clothing to your appointment.

Towels and aids are provided to keep you warm and comfortable.

​

Water is available but you may bring your own if you wish.

​

Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.

​

There are some circumstances where Sports Massage may not be suitable, please contact me prior to booking if you are unsure. I may require written permission from your Doctor or clinician to carry out treatment.

​

Following your treatment, it is not unlikely to experience some soreness, tenderness and occasionally bruising for a few days after. Aftercare advice will be given at your appointment, but if you have any questions after your session, do not hesitate to contact me.

Please ensure that you arrive promptly to your appointment. If you arrive early, please wait and I will call you in as I may be with another client. Late arrival to appointments will result in shortened treatment times. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will require re-scheduling and is subject to charge.

 

To confirm an appointment you will be required to enter payment card details into the secure booking system - Fresha to secure your chosen timeslot. Payment is then taken after your appointment against these details or you can pay by cash or card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Apple/Google pay) or by bank transfer. I am no longer able to accept cheques.

CANCELLATION POLICY - I kindly ask you to give me as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. I appreciate things happen but if I am given LESS THAN 48 HOURS notice of cancellation or re-scheduling, 50% of the treatment fee will automatically be charged against the payment card details entered at time of booking, NO SHOWS will be charged the full treatment fee. No further appointments will be offered until any debt is cleared.
